  There are a few employees at the Dallas Hwy location that are professional....A VERY few. DO NOT interact or deal with Mark in Fencing. We financed a new wood fence. The installation crew didn't have to do half the demolition that was estimated so they called in a $300 credit. We ended up paying interest for almost 3 months on money we never borrowed because Mark promised over and over again to process a refund. After the first month he stopped returning phone calls. I ended up having to deal with upper management to get the credit processed.
