  Basically, buyer beware! This is an updated post, because my edit wasn't added. I bought some oak utility grade flooring (.79 p/sqft) only needed 150sq. bought 210sq. They told me that would be plenty to allow for defects. It was not. When my contractor opened the packaging, 70% was trash. I contacted the company. Not helpful at all. To bad, so sad, and quote "you bought firewood".
  These are not nice people!!
